Terms and Conditions
- No refunds, exchanges or
returns on all DECORATED product. Returns of NON-DECORATED product will incur a
30% restocking fee and shipping costs back to the vendor.
- We require a MINIMUM down payment of 50% payment up-front to start production on team orders or letterman jackets. Any exceptions require approval. Retail orders require 100% down payment.
- Quotes provided are based
on the assumption that we are doing all the printing in one run. If you need to
split the printing timeline, or request an additional run with a smaller
quantity after the first run is complete, you will be charged separately for
each run.
- Garment pricing is for
Adult S-XL only unless otherwise specified. Sizes 2XL and larger are up-charged.
- We require our art proofs
to be checked by our customers. Pro-Am Team Sports is NOT responsible for
errors or omissions after the art proof has been approved and printed.
- Artwork
files and proofs can be changed anytime before you approve your print job. After
you approve your proof, Pro-Am Team Sports cannot guarantee that we will be
able to update your artwork files or proof since your job will be sent to
our production department to be printed on one of our presses.]
- All
price quotes are valid for 30 days.
- All
quotes subject to revision based on customer changes or upon review of final
artwork.
